HEP Training is viewable by everyone, you do not need to register to browse and search for materials.

The materials that HEP Training points to may be restricted-access, but the registry itself is open except for private spaces which restrict access to their materials and events to specific groups of users (see more in private spaces).

Register¶

• Click on the Log In button on the top-right corner of the page. HEP Training uses CERN SSO which allows users to log in using four ways:

  1. CERN Account

  2. EduGAIN

  3. Social Media Account

  4. Guest User

Rights given being logged in¶

• You can register resources either manually or automatically (How?);

• If you represent a team, group, portal, organization, institution which is providing multiple trainings, you can enable the automatic ingestion/registration of your resources. See more in the next page (Content Providers);

• You can apply for a role (trainer, content provider owner/editor, curator, space administrator) that can fit you best in HEP Training;

• More importantly, your contribution to HEP Training can be credited in your ORCID profile.
